About PEXT

The PEXT-01 is designed for pressure ejection of drugs in physiological and pharmacological studies while recording extracellular signals.

It combines the popular PDES pressure ejectors with the extracellular amplifier EXT-02F/1 in one 19″ instrument that can easily be mounted in a rack.

Pressure ejection of substances can be performed with the same pipette as extracellular recording at the same position, or at a distant site using a separate pipette.

Specifications and options are the same for the ejection and recording part of the PEXT-01 as for the single channel instruments of the PDES and EXT-02F.
